Return

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it as long as it is unused within thirty (30) days from the delivery date.

Before returning the goods, we ask you to carefully check that the following conditions are met.

RIGHT OF RETURN

The returned item:
- Must be returned only after receiving the return identification number (RFI) that you must request by writing to info@chicandclick.com.
- Must never have been used, must not be damaged or dirty.
- All returned goods are carefully checked and if the conditions of the glasses are deemed different from the original ones, the return will not be accepted.
- Must be returned in the original case and packaging.
- Must be shipped within 10 days from the date of acceptance of the return. The shipment must be notified by email with the date, the service used (postal/express courier) and, if possible, the waybill number.

If all these conditions are met, we will refund you the amount of the product. Shipping costs are always paid by the customer. No restocking fees will be applied for glasses returned correctly.
In case of return for credit, ophthalmic lenses are not refundable. In case of request for a change of frame color, the lenses will be adapted on the new glasses if the same caliber is requested.

We will not refund returns that do not meet all the conditions indicated above. It will however be possible to have the item returned at your expense in the conditions in which it was received by Chicandclick within 30 days of notification of receipt. If you do not request the return of the goods within this period, Chicandclick may dispose of them at its discretion.
Refunds are made approximately within 6 days of receipt of the goods.

The amount will be credited back to the credit card, PayPal or bank account used for the original order.
In case of cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the account in the name of the order holder.
The time it takes for the amount to appear on your account will depend on the rules and procedures of the banks and credit card companies.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (and subsequent amendments and additions), the Consumer Customer, if not satisfied with the products or the content of the services purchased from the Seller, may return the products or waive the right to the provision of services and obtain a refund of the price already paid in advance.

Method of exercise: To this end, the Customer must contact the Seller within 14 days of delivery of the products or within 14 days of purchasing the services, by sending a communication via registered mail with return receipt. (to the address Star Srl, Via Nazario Sauro 11/B, 13900 Biella (BI), containing all the information necessary and useful for the correct processing of the return and refund procedure. This communication must necessarily contain all of the following: a. the express will of the Customer to withdraw in whole or in part from the purchase contract; b. the number and copy of the document (invoice - transport document) proving the purchase of the order for which the right of withdrawal is exercised; c. the description and codes of the Products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised. The refund, including shipping costs, will be made by the Seller within 14 days of receipt of the communication via registered mail with return receipt mentioned above.

The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer.
Star Srl is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments.
We will start the refund procedure for the price of the product for which the withdrawal was exercised and, where applicable, shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the registered letter with the withdrawal notice, or from receiving the product, provided that everything occurs within the terms indicated above.
