Are the glasses 100% original?
Yes, all items sold by Chicandclick are 100% original.
All glasses are shipped with the original case, either hard or soft, depending on the model, and, where provided by the manufacturer, with a microfiber cloth, box, and any accessories.

Do the glasses come with a warranty?
Yes, all our products come with a 24-month warranty that covers manufacturing defects, but not damage caused by normal use of the item.
To assess whether a defect is covered by the warranty, you can send a photo of the defect to our customer service along with your request.

Do the glasses arrive in the original case?
Yes, all glasses are shipped with the original case, either hard or soft, depending on the model. If provided by the manufacturer, it may also include a microfiber cloth, box, and additional accessories.

Can I request a hard case?
Glasses are shipped with the original case as specified by the manufacturer. Cases may be hard, semi-rigid, or soft.

Are the glasses immediately available?
Yes, in most cases, the glasses are immediately available. The estimated delivery date is indicated next to each item. If the delivery date is near, it means the item is in stock and will be shipped the next business day after receiving the order.
If the item is not in stock, contact our customer service for confirmation of the waiting times.

Can I order replacement parts?
Yes, it is possible to purchase replacement parts such as temples, lenses, or nose pads. For prices and availability, please contact our customer service.

Can I order prescription lenses?
It is not possible to order prescription lenses, only prescription or sunglasses frames.

What payment methods do you accept?
Chicandclick accepts direct payments via credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX), Paypal.
You can also use Discover and bank transfer (if available) by selecting Paypal as the payment method and following the instructions (you don’t need a Paypal account to access).

Which credit cards do you accept?
Chicandclick accepts payments via Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX (only in Euro and USD for the latter).

Can I pay with Discover and bank transfer?
Yes, it is possible to do so by selecting Paypal as the payment method and following the instructions (you don’t need a Paypal account).

Is it safe to pay with a credit card?
Payments by credit card are 100% safe.
The data entered during payment is transferred directly to the secure server of Banca Sella, which uses SSL3 security protocol with 128-bit encryption, the highest security standard with server-side certification, before being transmitted to the international authorization networks.

I can’t pay with my credit card, what should I do?
If there are no issues with your credit card, try placing the order again using a different browser, clearing your history, or selecting Paypal as the payment method (you can use Paypal even if you don’t have an account).

I completed my order but haven’t received any confirmation, what should I do?
If you don’t receive order confirmation from Chicandclick or a payment confirmation from Banca Sella/Paypal, please contact us.
The transaction may not have been completed correctly even if no error message was shown.
Contact your bank and our customer service.

When will my money be charged?
If you paid with a credit card, the amount is held in suspense until the goods are shipped, at which point the payment will be processed.
In case of shipping delays, payment will be processed within 6 days of the purchase date.
If you paid via PayPal, the amount is charged instantly.

How long will it take to receive the glasses I ordered?
If the glasses are in stock, we will notify you when the package leaves our warehouse, typically within 1 business day.
If the item is not available in our warehouse, you will receive an email with the estimated wait time.
Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and the customs procedures in your country.
With the tracking number provided when the package is shipped, you can check the progress of the package on the carrier’s official website.

How are the shipments made?
Chicandclick ships via courier (Fedex, Ups, Dhl, TNT, Gls); postal services are not available.
The fastest shipping service is already included in the shipping cost: our couriers are reliable and ensure fast, safe deliveries.
All items are carefully packed to protect them from damage and weather.
For any issues with your shipment, contact the courier and Chicandclick.

Can I ship the package as a "gift" or "sample," or declare a lower value?
Each package is shipped with the corresponding invoice required for customs checks.
We must declare the actual value of the goods, so it is not possible to declare a lower value or mark the package as a gift or sample.

Can I change the shipping country?
Yes, you can choose the shipping country from the dropdown menu. The system will automatically update the shipping costs and the price of the glasses (which includes VAT for EU countries but not for non-EU countries).
If you have any issues, you can proceed with the order and specify the correct shipping country in the notes field. We will manually adjust the shipping costs and the glasses’ price to match the destination country.
Please note that the billing and shipping country must match.

I received the tracking number but can’t track my package, what should I do?
Don’t worry, the tracking number is sent by email when the package is prepared, but it may take 24-48 hours to become active.
Tracking numbers provided on Fridays may not be active until Monday evening (Central European Time).
Couriers do not deliver on weekends or holidays, depending on the country.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Chicandclick does not ship to P.O. Boxes, as the courier requires a signature for package delivery.

Can you ship to a military base?
Yes, but you must provide the physical address of the military base in the foreign country. Shipments will be subject to the customs rules of the destination country.
For information on import duties, contact Fedex customer service in the destination country or the customs office.

Can you ship to a Packstation?
Yes, it is possible to ship to a Packstation. You will receive an SMS notification from DHL with an unlock code to open the locker and pick up the package. Once you receive the SMS, you must collect the package within 5 days.

Can you ship to a Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect?
At the moment, we cannot ship to a Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect, as our couriers do not accept deliveries to this type of address.

Can you deliver without requiring a signature?
The courier always requires a signature for delivery, and cannot leave the package unattended.
Only for Fedex shipments in the United States, the recipient can contact customer service and authorize delivery without a signature.
In this case, Fedex and Chicandclick will not be responsible for any theft, tampering, or damage to the goods.

Can you wrap the package with gift paper?
We cannot wrap your gift unless there are active promotions for gift wrapping. To learn about our promotions, sign up for our newsletter.

What are the shipping costs and what do they include?

Shipping costs include insurance and transportation from Italy to the destination country. Any additional costs related to duties, customs fees, and administrative charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

If I purchase more than one pair of glasses, what will the shipping cost be?
Chicandclick gives you a gift and blocks the price: if you buy more than one pair of glasses, you will only pay one shipping fee.

Are there additional taxes to pay for shipments within Europe?
If you are in the European Union, the prices shown on Chicandclick already include VAT.
You will not need to pay additional import taxes.

Are there additional taxes to pay for shipments to non-EU countries?
Yes, if your country is outside the European Union, the prices shown on Chicandclick do not include EU VAT.
Upon delivery of the package, or later, the courier may require you to pay import duties as per the regulations in your country.

Import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

What is the amount of customs duties?
Customs duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer, do not depend on Chicandclick but on the customs regulations of the destination country.

Can I return the glasses I bought?
Yes, it is possible to return the product within 30 days of delivery, following our return policy.
You must fill out our return form and wait for an email with the return instructions.
The product must not have been used, damaged, or dirty. It must also be returned in its original case and packaging.

Can I return the glasses to exchange them for another model?
Yes, if all the conditions listed in our return page are met, you can choose another model in exchange for the returned glasses. If the new glasses are cheaper, we will refund the difference. If the new glasses are more expensive, you will need to pay the difference.

Do I need to return the gift item I received with my order?
If the item you received as a gift is a cap, cleaning spray, anti-fog spray, or cleaning wipes for glasses, you can keep it.
However, if the gift item is a Fossil jewelry piece (bracelet or necklace), it must be returned.
If the gift jewelry is not returned, its value will be added to the return shipping costs.
