PACKAGING AND DELIVERIES
The ordered goods are prepared with extreme care, using adequate packaging that protects the goods from any impacts and ensuring good thermal insulation.
In the event of breakage or tampering with the package, we invite you not to accept delivery and to contact us immediately.

It is possible to ship your purchases to an address other than your residence, simply indicate it in your order by filling in the appropriate section.

All our shipments are entrusted to serious and professional couriers who, by internal regulation, cannot leave packages unattended at the entrance of your home. We therefore recommend that you indicate an address where the courier can find someone who can sign and collect the package.

You can find out the status of the shipment directly on the official websites of the couriers by entering the waybill number (tracking number), received in the email confirming shipment. Shipments can be monitored 24/48 hours after receiving the email.
